Started the day in Denver. Jason and I picked up my Explorer in Parker then headed towards I-70. We were extremely late at this point, so we didn’t even bother trying to speed out there.
About an hour east of Denver we got news that Tom Smetana had flipped his truck on it’s side. We ended up going to get Tom and Deb in Hays and return home in my Explorer. Some beautiful mammatus in Kansas on the way home
